Best Western Plus Woodland Hills Hotel & Suites

I came to Tulsa to visit my two girls for Christmas. This hotel provided me with all the amenities I needed. The pool was cold, but the hot tub made up for it. I am from Michigan and the cold waters of Lake Michigan do not bother me. So, I got used to the cold water in the pool. Upon arrival, the young man was very friendly, informative, patient, and made my late night check in fast and efficient. I want to rave about the breakfast in the morning. Yes, it’s powdered eggs and it’s your traditional continental breakfast at your smaller chain hotel. But the staff was extremely friendly. And she always made sure everything was hot and ready. Nothing went below par levels. Fresh fruit, yogurt, waffle maker, orange juice, apple juice, and fresh cereal and milk. The rooms are very clean. Housekeeping make sure you are taken care of daily. Fresh towels, linen, and I couldn’t find anything wrong with the room. Could the hotel be located in a better spot? Yes. But for the cost, amenities, and friendliness I don’t think you can find anything better close to the mall. Not much to entertain you around the hotel. QT, Taco Bell, but right on the bus line if your without a car. This is one of the better “smaller” hotels in Tulsa. I’d recommend you stay here. I had a nice stay.

Had booked a handicap room. Had very tall jetted tub. I could not safely use it. They moved me to a room with a walk in shower. Even though it was not handicap accessible it worked fine and was much safer that climbing over a tall tub. The lady that checked me in went out of her way to get me moved to another room and even helped me move my stuff from one room to the other. All staff and housekeeping personnel were very friendly and helpful. Both rooms were exceptionally clean very comfortable bed. Large TV with lots of cable channels. Breakfast was very good .

I’ve stayed here at this location for the past couple years and I stay here 8-12 weeks a year for work. Great location. One of the last great hotels. The prices are always reasonable, the rooms are still cleaned daily, and the management is great. Austin works at the front desk and he is always very helpful and very serving. Would highly recommend.

The staff here is beyond exceptional. I have stayed at this location quite a few times and I have received nothing but the Best service. Well done to everyone there! If you need a calm, clean and relaxing place to rest, you need to check into this place!

5 Stars – Feels Like Home! I had an amazing stay at the Best Western Plus near Woodland Hills Mall in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The staff was absolutely wonderful—welcoming, attentive, and truly made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The entire experience was top-notch, from the clean and comfortable rooms to the warm, friendly atmosphere throughout the hotel. It’s a great place all around, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality stay with exceptional service!

I read the reviews too late so I was kind of worried but there was no need for worry. We stayed 2 nights and our room was clean (in fact they cleaned it again the morning after our first night.) The shower was hard to figure out but they came up immediately after I called and show us how it worked. Very friendly staff. There was remodeling going on but it was no problem. The breakfast was OK. NOT top of the line but good. I was even a little difficult and the staff remained kind and helpful! Good job guys! Id recommend giving them a chance. These reviews are so negative but I didnt find it at all like they say. One thing I will say is somebody was having a *high* old time. The smell of Marijuana was kind of strong in places. Not the hotel's fault. Just other guests.

This hotel is the greatest. The staff is wonderful, they make you feel great and glad to be here. There is 2 that is greatly great , the short guy that works mostly night with the Beatles look hairstyle, and the lady that wear a ponytail I know she works Monday and Tuesday morning she is the best. Just wish they would fix the business room computer.

I stayed about 2 weeks ago with my 3 kiddos! Kids were wanting water time and they have an indoor pool and hot tub! Pool is not heated but that didn't bother the kids at all. Hot tub was amazing and it was warm in the pool area making sitting out wet not uncomfortable! Rooms were clean and clear of any bugs! Staff were awesome! Easy check in and out. Easy come and go. We will be staying again soon!!
